This Return and Refund Policy applies to all UV LED garden bug zapper purchases made on grownestqq.com, establishing a 14-day return eligibility window, product condition requirements, return shipping rules, refund processing timelines and exchange procedures for all US customers. We accept valid return requests only within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date of your insect trap lamp; once this 14-day window expires, we cannot approve refunds, returns or exchanges for any reason, including customer dissatisfaction or unused product inventory. To qualify for return approval, your GrowNest LED bug zapper must remain fully unused, unassembled, free of scratches, damage or dirt, and returned inside its original factory packaging with all included accessories such as hanging hooks, collection trays and power cords intact. You must submit a formal return authorization request before sending any product back to our warehouse; unannounced packages delivered without prior support approval will be rejected and returned to the customer at their cost. To initiate a return, email our support team at support@grownestqq.com with your order number, clear photographs of the bug zapper’s current condition, and a brief explanation for your return request. If your return application meets our eligibility standards, we will send a pre-paid return shipping label and step-by-step packaging instructions to your registered email address at no extra cost to you. We cover all return shipping fees for two scenarios: manufacturing defects, damaged lamps received in transit, or incorrect items shipped by our fulfillment team; we also waive return shipping costs for customer remorse returns, with zero restocking fees applied to any valid return submission. All returned bug zappers must be shipped to our official Ohio facility at 3925 Cox Rd, Coventry Township, Ohio 44203, United States — do not send returns to third-party manufacturers or alternative storage locations. After our warehouse team receives and inspects your returned UV insect lamp, we will send an email notification confirming refund approval within 2 business days. Approved refunds are automatically issued back to your original payment method within 10 full business days, though bank and credit card providers may add extra processing time before funds appear in your account.
